Data Normal Core vs. Large Core

In-house test results show that there was not big difference of oil temperature between a stock core and large core. Even adding a cooling fan did not show any improvement. However, HKS' original cooling system did significantly lower the oil temperature. HKS SST Fluid Cooler Kit is a must item for sporty driving with Lancer Evolution equipped with the SST.

 

Note for Installation

  • Slight modification to the resin parts is required.
  • Factory fog lights can be used together.
  • HKS Intercooler can be used together.

  • SST Oil 7L (Mitsubishi Factory SSTF-I) P/N: C0002610 (4L)
  • 2m wire (AV2.00sq / Conductor Max. Capable Temp: 80℃+)
  • ON-OFF Switch 1 pc.
  • Relay 1 pc. (Operation Voltage: approx. 200W)
  • Fuse Holder 1pc. (Capable Current: approx. 15A)
  • Connector Terminals
