Fuel Rail Kit, Honda S2000 ,00-05

This large bore fuel rail features a large 0.69" diameter internal bore. This is the largest S2000 fuel rail bore on the market that uses all 5 crucial OEM mounting bosses. The fuel rail is machined, anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. 

The port layout is shown in the graphic above. The factory regulator can be used in the triangular area, or the port in that location can be blocked off with a 1/8NPT plug or fuel pressure gauge/transducer. The middle of the rail features a unique connection for the OEM feed hose on the 04-05 S2000, but the feed hose from the 00-03 models can be connected here using Honda part number 16623-PCX-003. If the OEM feed hose is not going to be used, a small block off plate is included to seal this passage, shown below.

This option includes everything from the 20-0091-02 fuel rail kit with the addition of a -6AN PTFE hose connection to replace the restrictive OEM banjo fitting. Also included are fittings for all 3 ports as well as a special inverted flare adapter fitting that connects to the OEM hard line near the firewall. The high quality PTFE hose is compatible with E85, ethanol, alcohol, gasoline, etc. The included billet block-off plate will be used to cap the stock banjo feed port. Nothing else is required for this kit.
