The S13 / S14 240SX Level 5 axles feature a Porsche style 108mm inner and outer CV, our high-grade aircraft quality torsional center bars that twist significantly more than a factory unit, allowing them to absorb a great deal of the shock produced by high horsepower applications. These axles also feature our new bolt-on outer stub that fits the factory wheel hubs and precision billet adapter plates with hardware to mount to the factory differential stubs. Price listed is for both axles.
Front Hub (w/o ABS)
The SPL FKS monoball bushings for the rear knuckle replace the stock mushy rubber bushings with low-friction articulating spherical bearings, eliminating bushing flex and reducing bind/friction. This maintains optimum suspension geometry under load, to improve handling and feedback.
The SPL SOLID aluminum subframe bushings replace the stock mushy rubber bushings to eliminate free play of the subframe relative to the chassis. This prevents the subframe from "bouncing around" under drivetrain torque or suspension load, maintaining optimum suspension geometry and reducing wheel hop.The slide-in shim system allows you to quickly raise or lower the subframe to fine-tune the roll center/anti-squat behavior to your preference. Raising the subframe will compensate roll center for a lowered car at the expense of increasing anti-squat. Lowering the subframe will decrease anti-squat at the expense of roll center.
SPL TITANIUM rear upper arms allow for an increased range of rear camber adjustment, necessary for lowered cars or for performance alignments.SPL TITANIUM series arms feature massive 1.5" DOM tubing, professionally tig welded at a 10 deg angle to allow for increased clearance from the arm to the frame on lowered cars. Our exclusive 4130 chromoly hybrid adjuster offers quick and precise adjustment, and is CNC gundrilled to reduce weight. For models with HICAS, the SPL TITANIUM series HICAS eliminator eliminates the rear wheel steering feature. This provides a more linear driver control and feel at the limit, and prevents rear wheel steering from interfering with counter steering and drifting.
The SPL TITANIUM rear traction rods eliminate the mushy rubber bushings on the stock links to reduce toe change in the rear suspension under hard acceleration/braking and when going over bumps. This provides more stability and predictability to the rear suspension for tighter handling.
The stock eccentric bolts provided by Nissan for small camber/toe adjustments tend to slip under high cornering loads, causing changes to the rear alignment. Our SPL eccentric lockout kit eliminate the stock eccentric bolts to keep your rear alignment where you set it. You must have adjustable control arms in order to adjust camber and toe after eliminating the stock eccentric bolts. Our lockout plates are CNC machined from stainless steel and supplied with CAD plated grade 10.9 hardware for absolutely zero-slip.
The SPL SOLID aluminum differential mounting bushings eliminate the stock mushy rubber bushings to hold the differential solidly to the subframe, preventing the differential from "bouncing around" under hard launches/acceleration. This will help prevent damage the drive shaft and half shafts, reduce wheel hop, and improve power transfer to the ground.The SPL SOLID series bushings are precision CNC machined from T6061 billet aluminum for an accurate fit. This kit includes both the bushings on the front of the differential pumpkin as well as the bushings on the subframe where the rear of the differential mounts to.

Our SPL TITANIUM tension rods provide for adjustment of front caster, allowing you to change front caster to optimize the turn-in response and to compensate for variances between the left and right caster. Low-friction articulating spherical bearings on our tension rods eliminate the stock mushy rubber bushing to provide a more responsive steering feel.
SPL front tie rod ends allow the tie rod end pivot to be relocated, which will correct bump steer resulting from modified caster or lower arm geometry. On cars that are lowered significantly, relocating the pivot point will also keep the tie rod end from binding, thereby preventing the inner tie rods from breaking or bending.

This 7075 aluminum conversion plate will adapt the factory Nissan 240SX 6-Bolt to 108MM CV (US 6-Bolt Pattern 3 sets of 2 bolt holes). This is the same adapter plate as can be found on our line of pro-series driveshafts for these vehicles. They are precision machined on centers to maintain perfect centerline and will fit onto the centering-pin that is on the factory differential flange. This is a set of axle bars that will upgrade the factory axles to be able to handle 500HP. The factory CV's are made from Japanese spec material very close to our 4130 chromoly, but the center bars are made from a brittle lower grade material. What we have made is a custom set of aerospace grade center bars that will fit your stock inner and outer CV. This kit comes with both axle bars, boots, clamps and grease. Also available are the Level 2.9 complete axles and a Level 5 1000HP set.
